I live in Beacon, New York, a peaceful and picturesque town in the Hudson Valley. I teach private lessons, small classes, paint commissioned portraits, and fool around with various mediums. I've practiced my own art since I was a teenager.
During five recent years living in New York City I immersed myself
fully in the academic arts studying art philosophy and history, drawing
and painting, specializing in the figurative arts. I was able to study art
at several schools, classes and workshops all over the country.

Under Maria's mentorship, I experienced incredible artistic growth. I truly enjoyed working alongside her, and learning about her process as a painter. I am honored to know Maria, and have developed tremendously as a fine artist thanks to her guidance and critique. - Anthony D
